Food Service 2009 Recruiting Video

The Food Service program at SUN Tech will prepare students for an ever increasing variety of positions and titles available in the food service industry or higher education in the sciences involved. The objectives of the course are sanitation, safety, and proper use of both small and large equipment, hands-on training in food preparation, and management skills needed for planning, food cost, inventory, ordering, receiving and cash control. The Food Service program offers opportunity for advanced placement at Harrisburg Area Community College, Penn Tech, and other colleges and universities. @sunatc I'm an 8th grader seriously going to Sun Tech. Now, even though that I may not enroll into this program, I would want to know the advantages into enrolling into this program over enrolling in something else (e.g. Nursing; Criminal Justice). Please get back to me soon. Thanks
