Extraordinarily helpful video. I was having difficulty determining what filters I needed for my RO system and where to buy them so I called Greg. He's in Houston, I am in Los Angeles. He returned my call right away and by the end of the day new filters were on the way. Great guy and a great resource. Thanks!

This guy is very good. His video is very simple step by step so I was able to do 90% job. I ran in to one small problem so I called him and left the message. It is Friday before long weekend but he called back within five minutes and guide me rest of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for RO system. Thanks again

Hi,
Thanks so much for the video! For some reason, I can't get the filters to loosen up after I turn off the cold water and the storage tank. The filters are just too tight and I know there is some trick to it...any help? I have a Topway Global Win-445 system.

My system tells me to flush or pre prime the new cartridges, how is this done?
Do you know what brand you have? Some systems have a backwash valve connected to the membrane. If so it would be connected on top of the membrane and you would run it for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. If your system does not what the instructions is telling you is to run the system until the tank runs out. Then let it fill back up. What you're trying to do is to flush any loose carbon from the carbon filters, it looks bad and will not hurt you. Let me know if this helps.
