i dont understand how ye guyz manage to get the launcher recoil, i always have the problem of adding too much tension and it wasn't able to fire, or the other way round

Hi dooderdo, I don't have any instructions but the 2nd video shows the mechanisms very closely, I hope it may help.

How does the firing mechanism work ?

The mechanism is based on two clutches accumulate or release energy in the rubbers.
Check the video response showing the second version. The mechanism is clearly shown :)
