Then go to any GBA ROM site and search for "Fire Emblem".

Okay, once you've downloaded both of those, go into Virtual Boy advance and hit Select ROM.

@LittleAl016 Good point. I remember training up Kent, my prefered cavalier in Fire Emblem... his stats turned out horrible. At level 20 he had 8 Str, 11 Skill and 14 Spd. :|

@ShadowdaHedgie11 Still though. Seth having inferior stats to a trained cavalier at equal levels doesn't show how Seth is inferior to the cavalier in question. All it shows is either you got unlucky with Seth, or you got lucky with the cavalier.

I mean, I've had a Sain with 8 Spd at 20/1 before in FE7, and I've had a base strength Titania at --/10 in FE9's random mode. Conversely, I capped every stat sans Lck on Fiora in FE7. All of those instances wouldn't happen on average.
