    He didn't repeal it, he allowed states to waive the requirement if they had a plan to increase a states employment by 20%. By the way this was pushed by republican governors.

    Rather have what Clinton did than what Bush did. What Clinton did was his personal affair and did not affect the rest of the country. What Bush did was 8 years of war on a credit card that affected people all over the world negatively. Clinton rocks- during his term the U.S. actually had a surplus!
