Ross Pearson going through a TABS routine as part of a session at Grapplefit. This variation has him doing 10 reps of Tuck jumps, 10 Alternate squat thrusts, 10 Burpees, 10 Squat thrusts - in between he shuttles to the top of the mat and explosively bounds back before going onto the next exercise. Rest intervals were 45 sec and this was repeated for a total of five rounds. These are great as part of a conditioning routine.
