Nice work, Deb!
I also use water soluble oil pastels...they become paint like when you wash some water over them. They look FABULOUS on top of gesso coated surfaces!

You are awesome Deb! i have used all the mediums and oil pastels, but have never seen anyone rub them in like you have. I am going to get some tags done right away! I have everything I need to get going on them!
