This film is clever because it suck's you in with an almost light hearted take on war, this false sense of security is blown away at the end of the film when you realise just how horrific the event's were, brilliant film.

i agree, great movie, there really haven't been to many great american movies lately, the dark knight was a good movie, but it still seemed a little too hollywood for me.
