It's simple, the way we see the world is the way we respond to it. We are not victims of circumstance but rather the shapers and creators of our own experience, its time to take responsibility!

Love,
Gerald :)

  • This one is awesome too. You are so positive and wonderful!

  • Gerald you are a very positive individual, overall the video was great, but that aslo makes it hard to spot the small inconsistencies which should be considered, our pasts do affect the present to a degree, unless I am just unable to shift the paradigm.

  • Gerald, awesome message - thank you! Indeed, we must not blame the past for making us who we are, we should THANK the past for making us who we are. As you say, our experience is related to our paradigm. Change the paradigm, change the experience. Stephen Covey speaks about this in his book, "Seven Habits to Highly Successful People." Once we understand that Life is about the self (and not the other), then we cease blaming and we start learning.

  • True change lies in silence in the mind. If there is a goal a method real change isnt possible. Because it oparates on the same level our problems where created in the first place. When the mind is silent your perception of the things that come in your life will be more clear. The "I" will stop to exist. People tend to think that they have to think in order to solve problems. But its that very thinking that created them. Attacking a inner problem directly will not solve it. .

  • amazing thank you so much for this positive energy

  • thank you Gerald.

  • I have alway thought the same thing, especially the fact that thinking negative can make it very very difficult to get of. Unfortunatly, I went through a particular professor in one semester, he really brought me down to a very low level. I had experiance a lot anger during this time because of his class, towards my self and especially towards him. Of course that hellish class is over, but unfortunatly I am still trying to get out of that negative attitude. Im still trying.
