Thanks for posting this relativley unknown, obscure song. Someone else posted this tune but removed it for some reason. It had the photo of the hat with the ice cubes melting on the brim which was the album cover from 1974. For whatever reasons this has always been my favorite Kottke instrumental a sort of undirectionally wandering melodic structure that is so sweet.

An amazing guitarist.

Love the sound of that big ol' Bozo 12. Saw Leo play it around '74 in Gainesville Florida. Seen Leo many times over the years and it's always a thrill. I miss the "fire" of his youth when I see him now..but then my "fire" has all but gone out. As long as I breathe I'll love the man.
