Photoshop Tutorial: Colouring the Background.mov

Photoshop Tutorial showing how in just a few steps we can change the background colour of our photographs to add a little more interest.

This technique makes use of Photoshop CS5's Refine Edge Command and also shows an alternative method for producing similar results in CS4 and earlier.

love the video's, many thanks. A little question you may be able to help me with. I have cs5 and when i'm using a brush for what ever reason ' dodge, burn erase etc' the brush is not the normal circle you can make bigger and smaller with the bracket key's it's like a liitle cross that doesn't change size so is hard to see the actual size of the brush. the brush size does adjust but you can't tell. I can't seem to find how to change it. Thanks Scott.

@hearnoevilutube Hi Scott. Thanks for the comment. Re the brush issue you have a cross hair normally appears when you have 'Caps Lock' on so you might want to check that first.
