I have nothing to prove. This was all in good fun...

Two people in the SI, one in the I35. The passenger put me at about 300lbs less than the I35.

Si: I/E, 6spd Manual
I35: Stock, 4spd Auto.

Please, if possible, keep the comments clean and fair. This video wasn't posted to start fights. Like I said, it was all in good and I didn't post the video to start any controversy.

The I35 is a very nice car. Besides, comparing the SI and the I35 is like comparing apples to oranges...

This sprint was performed on a closed off road far away from any residential houses or traffic.

Drive safe!

  • its all about the gearing and transmissions. if this was a race from a dead stop or a 5mph roll then the infinity would kill it. because at a 15 mph roll this car shifts down into 2nd, then has to shift back into 1st once you put the power on. that gives a disadvantage from the start. plus driving on leather and bose audio is a lot better than rock hard seats and plastic umm. everything.. so i think the infiniti actually wins here. am i right?

  • @Dickotine See thats where you're wrong... The Si is not making more power. it is making 197hp on that Vtec pile of overcooked rice. With a 2.0L 4 cylinder. Tell me.. whats cooler, a 255hp VQ 3.5L V6.. mind you, the same engine in the 350z and g35. or your little 2.0 Vtech? Have fun wiping your own cum off your CLOTH seats after you hear a 3.5L VQ engine rev. And Jap plastic? Do you know where hondas are made? Go back to your video games.

  • I had one of these babies before and you can manually shift it to hold 1st gear. If the driver of the i35 did that, it would of been slightly more even.

  • @burninrock24 This man knows what he's talking about.

  • @burninrock24 Alright thank you!

  • @SampleHockey101 If you're going straight, just punch it. The only way you'll severely break the tires loose is if you floor it with the wheel turned. And that would just be stupid. Just gun n go.

  • @burninrock24 Thanks, and one more question from a standstill of course i should take VDC off but should i floor it or press down not quit so fast cause if i floor it it does like a mini burnout so which one would get me going the fastest? Thanks a ton!

  • @SampleHockey101 Race from a standstill. The V6 in our cars are really torquey. Basically. they're pretty potent. And 1st gear is a solid gear that'll get you to ~40mph pretty damn quick. Second gear sucks though. So try to end the race before you reach it. If you're racing from like 30 mph. Shift it into 1st gear manually. Your RPMs will be at 4grand-ish. Punch it but don't forget to shift into second. You don't need to take your foot off the gas for shifting either.

  • @burninrock24 I own one to but i am only 16 and dont know much about cars can you kinda tell me about weather i would want to start from a stand still or start on like a 30 roll for a race?

  • @SampleHockey101 Because I actually own an I35.

  • @burninrock24 Hey i was wondering where you found this info cause it is very interesting?

  • i35 wasnt trying to win.... he let u win that one cuz my i35 gets up wen u hit the gas
