Quadrapalegia ( technically its called tetrapalegia now) is just impairment in four limbs. i have no control of my triceeps, wrists, or fingers. since i broke my 5th cervical vertebrae, i can use some of my arms but not all. most quads wind up in power chairs because its hard to push a wheelchair w/o triceps. but, w/ enough determination, youll don what you want.
