  • My nutritional doc had me take Mg. glycinate along with malic acid and also to

    take 8 almonds and soak 24 hours then eat them. Works for me!!1 Also don't

    take a bunch of calcium tablets or you will have calcification of veins. You also

    need to get Vit D3 levels tested and if low take Vit.D3 with K2.

    Magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate are absorbed 50%-80% depending on what is already in or not in your stomach. Oxide form is more like 4%-10%. Better than nothing but probably still more than most people get from their diet. Vitamin C and calcium help absorbtion.

    Mg in tablet form, in addition to a healthy diet and lifestyle (which I already had,) improved almost every aspect of my life and saved my marriage.

  • @lion1green Tablet form of ANYTHING are not properly absorbed by the body and mostly pass right through.
