Handmade, scratch built, 1/12th scale miniature models. Realistic depictions of New York storefront architecture. Documenting the disappearing structures in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens. Miniature sculptures that replicate the original structures down to the smallest detail.

Visual artist Randy Hage has spent the last 25 years making sets, models and props for the TV/film and small scale hobby industries. Former instructor at FIDM in Los Angeles, teaching set and prop fabrication. Owner of Doll House Lady Miniatures, a retail hobby store that has served small scale enthusiasts since 1986.

Randy Hage is currently working on a personal fine arts project that has been on hold since 2001...Documenting and replicating NYC storefronts that are disappearing due to gentrification and urban renewal.

Storefront in this video is Vesuvio Bakery (now Birdbath bakery) located in Soho on Prince st, NY. Currently working on Ideal Hosiery storefront, Manhattan, NY
