Dave Lemanczyk's KEG CONDITIONING Training Program is second to none for total body fitness. You start with an empty 30 pound keg and progress to a full 180 pounder over time. You can build incredible strength and power using this system without spending tons of money, wasting time, while working hard! http://www.kegconditioning.com
@drewsky90 Thank you, sure do! The keg is near perfect bc of it's physical properties as I explain in the KEG CONDITIONING Book & DVD. Anywhere that kegs are sold is a good place to scoop one up. Personally, I use my local beer distributor and pay $30 for each empty keg. 1/2 kegs empty are 30 pounds. 1/4 kegs empty are 20 pounds. Check ebay and craigslist as well. Thanx for the shout man, when you read the book, you will be convinced that it's the coolest and most sensible way to build .
