This tune was recorded in Garageband, with their guitar-amp software and effects. The only real pedal used in this video is my volume-pedal on the railway crossing sound! This tune is dedicated to a great club in Munich called Rattlesnake Saloon, where me and my girlfriend went a few weeks ago to see a concert with the great guitarplayer Brent Mason. Probably the best night in my lifte so far! Brent was really nice and played like nothing I´ve ever heard live before... Pure magic! This tune is tricky to play, much because of the tempo... I had to do some serious wrestling with the tele this time!

  • Kickin' ass, tunes man! I use Gitar Rig 3 for my guitar, what software you use? If you use GR too, can you send me that preset?

  • @AdrianBlackfire Hi man, and thanks! I use the guitar-software in Garageband. Guess this one is simulating Fender Amp, compressor, short delay and reverb! Hope this can help!

  • You have great ideas, very inspiring (I´ve watched the other videos too). Thank´s!

  • @holgerbogen

Thanks a lot, mate! I´ve seen a lot of your videos during a couple of years, and you are amazing! You´ve got a great tone and really cool licks man. Please let me know if you´ve recorded some lately. And thanks for your kind comment, maestro!

  • I've always been curious on this type of playing, q: what are these scales that you're playing?

  • The scales are mostly major/minor pentatonic and mixolydian! Start with pentatonic, and then add the extra notes!

  • Fantastic. that is some hot country picking. I'm just starting out trying to learn how to do some country picking. Can you tell me what gauge strings you use and is the action low med or high on your guitar? Any advice on what to start with or where to go to learn in addition to listening to you play?

    Thanks
