Just because I don't use the same wording as Taryn does not mean I am not intellectually on her level. I possess the same level of vocabulary she does but choose not to speak that way so others who may not,(which does not imply stupidity on their part) ,can also engage in the discussion and understand.

well said girl....I intend to make a vid response as well when I get better and get my voice back.....the one thing I will say now in TMatesFTM's defense is that the purpose of the channel is to support other individuals that are also dating transmen not to talk about ourselves. we all have lives outside the channel and outside of youtube and even outside of our men! TMatesFTM is not the place to talk about it. It is no one's place to judge us by what is said on our channel.

I just think we shouldn't have been addressed as one person 'TMates'. my user name is basically my name and my birthday ...it has nothing to do with my boyfriend. I'm a mature, intelligent woman in grad school and I've done gender studies and I get what your gf is trying to say but no one should judge anyone before they know them on a real level.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE TMates! I don't know what I would've done for support, and information when I was first researching and learning how to deal with my bf's issues.

I think that after watching all sides to this... you were the most PC and respectful of all sides. Taryn had her say, as did Grace, and Heather... If I were able to post a response (right now I'm afraid to bcuz of personal issues...), but I think it would be almost identical to yours!
