I softly stroke her cheek thinking about what could happen if she would die. She couldnt die. Ryan needs her. I soon felt an arm on me and looked up to see a middle aged man in pure shock. He looked down at Miley and kneeled next to me.
"IIm so sorry."
I looked back down at Miley still stroking her cheek.
"Dont say sorry to me. Shes the only one who needs a sorry."
Before the man could answer I already saw the ambulance coming. I quickly got up and waited for them to stop. Soon 2 man ran over to me with a stretcher and lifted Miley on it and started to check her pulse and started to give her extra oxygen while pulling her in the ambulance. I quickly ran up to the ambulance.
"Can I come with you guys?"
They both nodded but soon nudged at the man.
"Did he cost this accident?"
I looked at the man who nodded at me and I looked back at the two man in the ambulance and nodded.
"Yes."
They both looked at the man.
"Would you be so kind to come with us while we call the police?"
The man soon agreed ad walked into the ambulance and with that we drove off. After a 10 minute drive we arrived at the hospital and they drove Miley away I was about to run behind them when someone stopped me.
"Sorry you cant go with them."
I looked at him shaking my head.
"I have to!"
He once again shook his head and pointed to some chairs what seemed like a waiting room. I sighed and walked over to the chairs sitting down. Police now came in to talk with the man who hit Miley and I tried to listen but my mind couldnt focus at all. My mind was only set on Miley. The moment she got hit kept repeating in my head she smiled so cute at me and then everything crushed down. Her beautiful smile faded into a pain impression. I looked at my cell phone and looked at it. Without thinking I dialed a number pressing call now waiting for responds. After a while I heard the person answer.
"Dad"
"Nick is that you?"
I sighed a bit knowing I didnt talk to him in months but I needed his help more than ever.
"Yes its me dad. I need your help."
"What do you need help with son?"
"I need help with my...g...girlfriend. She got an accident and theres also more but I need to tell you that in person. Please dad I need your help."
"You want me to come over to help your girlfriend?"
"Please dad. Ill forgive you for everything if you do."
"Ok son Ill do this for you. Im coming tonight."
"Thanks dad."
I pushed my phone off waiting for something to happen. After what looked like an hour I could see Miley her parents and Ryan in her mothers arms run in and when they saw me they quickly ran over to me.
"Nick, what happened?"
I looked up at them now in tears reliving the moment again.
"S...she got hit by a truck. Im sorry."
They both took place beside me and gave me a light smile.
"We know you want the best for her. She a strong girl she has been since she was little."
I looked at them smiling a bit and then looked at Ryan.
"But what if she doesnt make it?"
They both looked at me.
"Nick, dont think about that. Faith is the main part in healing."
I nodded at them and sat myself straighter in my chair. We waited for what looked like hours when a doctor came over to us.
"Are you family from Miss Miley Ray Cyrus?"
Her parents both nodded when he looked at us.
"Youre able to see her in room 45 on the second floor. But I warn you dont get your hopes up to high. Shes still in big danger."
Her parents and I stood up and quickly made or way to the elevator and got to the second floor rushing to Mileys room. We all got in and saw Miley full with bandages. I softly walked closer to her as I saw her mother taking place next to me. She softly sat Ryan down next to Miley holding him a bit. Ryan soon started to scoot closer to Miley hitting her stomach like he always did and waited for her respond. He looked up at me with questioning eyes.
"Momma?"
I looked up at Mileys mom and then back to Ryan feeling tears sting in my eyes. This little guy couldnt lose his mom. Ryan looked back at Miley hitting her stomach again repeating "Momma" over and over again and soon he started to cry because she didnt respond. To see Ryan cry next to Miley made me helpless. It broke my heart. Just when I was about to pick him up I saw my dad coming in. I looked at him sad.
"Dad youre a doctor. Please do something. For me. Help them. Help Miley and Ryan."

1. Now everyone knows why it had to happen. I hope you also get the music part. Nick didn't talk to his dad for ages and for Miley he was willing to change that. So he could help her and Ryan. Well we'll have to wait if it will work.
