i went to beach high and in my sophomore year in 98, i watched the same reenactment in the field. i can tell you that a few were there just to skip class and did not get the message. but the majority really understood the impact of such realism. as for Ti2809, perhaps when you come close to losing a family member due to another's drunk driving, you will understand the need for this so called "acting".

sorry what you just said irratates me majorly im a firefighter/emt. although i am from new york state some times for people to get it through there head is to show them what can really happen to them if they deside to drink and drive. here i have done many of these mock mvas for schools and i the lives that are saved by doing these things are in the hundreds of thousends around the world so when you see an accident up close in personal like i do then you can talk shit

how ridiculous is that? lol do american teens need acting to understand a quite simple message?.......they need to get their ignorant asses back in class because apparently the school isn't doing that, and learn.....who knows maybe, just maybe their classes are valuable enough to explain to them what logic is.
