@lilfishywishy19 i dont get why your using these what if scenarios anyways, it is the way it is and jimmies an amazing champion ,get over it, i believe the next generation of gear heads will look back this the way we look back on richard petty and the yarboroughs and the such and dale sr too and im not a diehard 48 fan or anything i jsut think 5 in a row is crazy in such a competitive sport

dont be in denial just because you do like him, i think busch is an excellent driver but there is no way he would have got the cup in the old system back then he was checkers or wreakers [hes better lately but i believe the same sort of rookieish impatience is what keeps him from the cup now] he may have won alot but when he didnt win he did awful ive been watching nascar for years and years i remember exactly how the old system works, i believe it narrowly would have been the 11

@sstroh08 Hamlin would have got it last year? Really? You seem to be confusing the old system with the new system. Harvick had the point lead for the first 26 races, and would have held it under the old system. Don't be in denial about kyle in 2008, just because you don't like him, doesnt mean you need to deny him of a championship he deserved.. Maybe if you would read what i say, you would undertstand.

@lilfishywishy19 lol hamlin would have got last year with the old way and there is no way kyle would have had it in 2008, but the thing is it isnt the old way it the current way so......

@sstroh08 Johnson will be the greatest of all time at stealing championships. If there was no chase, he would only have 1 championship. 2006, he earned. 2007 was gordons. 2008 was Kyles. 2009 was stewarts. 2010 was Harvicks. He is just good for a stretch of 10 races, not for the whole seasons like others. Lets see how it shakes out this year with the schedule change, its been the same since 2006 for jimmie, giving him the advantage. Tony Stewart, Kurt Busch, and Carl Edwards are on a roll.
