@jobana1234 Actually no its not that hard, its just he sound of the uniform, if you learn how to do it, you can make that sound easily. My friend Marvin does it all the time, but it takes practice. The first time i did it i got a serious rug burn...

@LAPUbutsekikMAG I have to disagree with you. Yes it has the purpose of using it as self-defense but they're completely unrealistic. I have trained taekwondo for 6 years. They're a great way to remember techniques and use them in a series of other techniques BUT I think they're unrealistic when it comes to real combat. In real self-defense you must learn hosinsul, which is also a great part of Taekwondo. Hosinsul is great as self-defense and real life situations. dont get me wrong i love taeguks
I have practiced Kung Fu To'A, Taekwondo, Wushu and Silat for the last two decades. I can say from my experience that none can help you unless you do your best to get the best out of each. If you are serious with them, they all can be the best for you. I have learnt a lot from each of the arts I have tried and learnt. I love them all.

The Taegeuk Poomses takes many years to master properly, breathing, body coil / recoil, tension, compression, breathing, relaxation and use of power, focus to the target. Once mastered through proper SAFE training through thousands of repetitions these Taeguek Poomses as well as others as there are so many POOMSES/Hyungs/Tuls or KATA in JAPANESE, it becomes second nature = ONE HAS CONDITIONED THE MIND/BODY reflex and can be modified to PRACTICALITY and used in SELF-DEFENSE situations.
