  • The medcup assy. should be replaced every six month. It sounds like the lower half of the cup might be damaged. If the small pin hold has been tampered with it will effect the operation. The machine should have a pressure output of about 2-4 psi and a flow of around 6-8 lpm. As long as the machine is still running I would consider getting a new med cup assy.

  • I have a nebulizer almost just like this one, and for some reason it doesn't create the mist any more. I even replaced it with a new cone that comes with it. I've even removed the filter. Still nothing. I haven't used it much, but to me it sounds like the pump is lower pitched, but it seems to be putting out enough air when the cup is in. Any trouble shooting tips? thanks
