TheAmazingAtheist made a video two years ago about Brett Keane that I think is especially interesting in light of the fact that Brett is still denying the well-documented accusations that he had plagiarized a poem by Judy Burnett. Go to around 4:30 in TJs video and watch his story of how he caught Brett plagiarizing on a different occasion.

Brett Keane makes two phone calls to YouTube/Google complaining about his channel being falsely flagged. He also mentions that someone is using his name in filing false DMCAs. You decide how sincere he sounds in his desire for the DMCA filer to stop using his name when filing DMCAs.

In his Awesome News video, Brett tells about finally being able to get a phone call through to YouTube. He told them about his false flagging problem and he was happy about getting one of his videos restored.

Note that there is not a word in the video about him complaining about someone using his name to falsely DMCA straighd0pe and others. I wonder if he mentioned this to them. And I wonder if YouTube will restore straightd0pes videos because Brett told them not to honor DMCAs sent in his name.

Also note that he mentioned that he had another channel that he would be using for drama. This channel is falseflaghelpme. Pay close attention starting at 2 Minutes 33 seconds into the video where he invites anyone who has been false flagged or false DMCAd to get in touch with him and he will host their videos.

Brett has a video series on the internet called Killers for Christ.

I picked just one, about Torquemada, and googled a sentence from it, and found the web page Brett had copied the entire essay from. He copied and pasted the text and picture into a video and published it as "by Brett Keane."

Plagiarism is a hallmark of Brett's work. When you catch him, he denies it and calls you a liar.

I ask because since I joined I openly said I didn't care about subscribers because I didn't care about the whole popularity contest thing and knew my posts were too eccentric to become most viewed. I thought it was irrelevant. But since my posts are all projects I created, some with of a great deal of effort, I'm a bit bugged knowing that I don't really retain any rights to them while they are on youtube and wonder if I should be pursuing subs and a partnership, despite the fact that I hate ads!

I was wondering if you ever did any videos on the youtube partnership thing, relating to what I read recently about it being the only way you can retain the rights to your uploaded material. Meaning, that basically if you are not a partner, yt has the right to do anything they want with your post and you would not have any copyright etc or be included if any revenue was involved. But apparently if you are a partner, youtube automatically recognizes your ownership and copyright of your vids.

I was actually a member on atheistfm when the whole Brett Keane plagiarised drama cracked off, in fact, I can tell you the name of the person that busted him on his bullshit. Ask Mr. Brett Keane about a member named radhalia. Soon as the webmaster found out and another member, he ran fuckin high tail out of there, then lied about the whole thing to a bunch of people that were members.

i totally believe you. i haven't seen a record of that incident but a number of people have claimed to have seen it and it fits his pattern perfectly.
