Acctually. One of those concepts is an idea :\ I think it was in Britian. Driving after 23' o clock you gotta pay for each mile, til 6 in the morning. Well, it would a cctually be a good idea, for young people and stuff. Anyways.. Net Neutrality ftw.

Internet censorship has been happening in China for years. But yes I do agree with you. Total Bullshit. the net is all we have left.
