Stanford's SSDL Testing the antenna deployment system on the LMRST Cubesat Satellite. Amps: 0.9 Volts ~7.2 Burn time ~7 seconds. Used 30 gauge nichrome wire as the heating element and common 30lb test fishing line for the material that restrained the antennas
We are working with JPL. They are supplying the Low Earth Orbit payload, and SSDL is supplying the supporting structure and code to keep the cubesat functional
