  • To be honest, it's a good list. I've been going over hellsing with numbers (sort of like the powerlevels from dbz) but this ranking is actually pretty good. I liked that you put schrodinger Alucard on the list. He was already way overpowered and at the end it just got ridiculous xD

    A few things:

1: I think Rip van winkle should be a level lower. She isn't al that strong, her power comes from her gun.

2: you should have made a difference between "normal" and level 1 Alucard

  • @deedeeke1991 True but the gun is her primary weapon. Wouldn't make sense to put her lower when with her gun she could beat the tier 2 characters pretty easily. Sort of like when ranking vampire Walter, without his wires he is pretty weak as well.

yeh true, bit difficult to rank though, not sure how it would go atm xD

  • @tacoshitter Very good point about Walter and Rip. I agree with you.

I also think Anderson without the nail is probably also lower. I don't know if it was in the manga but in the anime he said that he wouldn't be able to handle Seras when she became a full vampire.

Level 4 alucard is probably on the same tier as Luke, as he was outclassed by Tubelcain. Level 1 alucard is probably tier 6, same level as the captain

  • @deedeeke1991 Anderson actually said Seras was no longer a being that "Heinkel" could handle. He seemed pretty confident that he could.

Anderson is also in a higher class than Walter, as shown in vol. 2.

Also keep in mind Alucard has never catagorically been outclassed or beaten since he more often then not toys with his opponents for amusement. In fact when he delivered the killing blow to helena anderson could have been the only time he actually took a fight seriously.

  • @tacoshitter Yeah come to think of it, he actually said that. But looking at Seras' powers, I think she still outclasses Anderson.

Volume 2? What are you talking about exactly? (I'm too lazy too look it up xD)

He was never beaten, but he wasn't faring to well gainst Tu!belcaine, So i'd say atleast he is stonger than Alucard level 4. I do agree that Alucard toys a lot, as he wants to be defeated by a true "man".

  • @deedeeke1991 maybe in regeneration seras is stronger, but based on battles, anderson took on level 0 alucard and his army head on, while alucard still believed he could win. her fight with the captain was less impressive imo.

when maxwell had the meeting with Integra. When alucard was about to leave, he said "once anderson withdraws, old walter is enough to protect Integra.

alucard never left lvl 4 against tubalcaine. he can change form when ever he wants without leveling.

  • @deedeeke1991 also the tricky thing about the tubalcaine fight is that when a person isn't fighting seriously, they can appear much weaker than they really are. When alucard actually finished him off, he even apologised for ending it quickly xD It's anyone's guess how the fight would of played out if alucard was trying.

  • Alucard and Anderson are my fav charachters

  • @TheMuslimKiller Yeah after he comes back he has lost all of his souls, but Schrödinger's powers mean he is basically one of the strongest beings in fiction.

  • @TheMuslimKiller I can assure you that Alucard comes back more powerful after a 30 year timeskip where he has Schrodinger's powers. The people who downplay Alucard down to just a regular vampire as pathetic as Seras are either fans who really don't use their brains and eyes much, random viewers who misintepretated what should not have been misintepretated, or haters who just want to make Alucard less powerful than he really is.

  • Quick question I just finished watching OVA8 and it appeared like Alucard was dying for good. Does this actually happen? Looked like all those souls were killed by the escariot soldiers, or did he absorb them back? I read a few places he comes back, some say he comes back more powerful and some say he comes back as a regular old vampire. Can someone who knows shed some light on this?

  • @tacoshitter Oh and btw, what is the point of the levels than? The levels are meant to control him because his powers are so vast he could very well slaughter everyone. That's why he needs to release his levels to take on the form of the helldog and so on.

  • @tacoshitter Just look at the way he hold transform, it's just the same as with the release of his levels against Luke Valentine.

And why would he go level 1 against that weak Rip while he didn't against Tubelcaine?

  • @tacoshitter Just watch her speed and strenght while she's fighting the nazi vampires. Anderson has nothing on that. I also highly doubt his holy stuff would work against Seras anymore.

Alucard really wanted to be defeated by Anderson, who he greatly respected. he wasn't making it easy, but he could have killed him anytime. He was just toying with him.

With Tubelcaine he was in more "danger" in his level 4 form, that's why he went to level 1. It makes sense!
