it reminds me of the old Whalom Park in Lunenburg, Massachusetts

This place wasn't as dangerous as people make out. Only idiots tended to get hurt. It was rarely due to malfunctions. In fact, Six Flags Great Adventure has had many many more deaths. More ppl died on one day at Great Adventure when the haunted house burned down in the mid 80's than during all the years Action Park operated.

There's a good chance that some of those people in the background are sustaining serious injuries even as the camera rolls.

I would've called it DeathPark but Action is good too.

You know you're from Jersey if you were seriously injured at Action Park.

It's like going to Broadway, it's wonderful.




Because it's so hard to get to Broadway from North Jersey.

Whose idea was it to make an unheated waterpark in chilly mountains in north Jersey?

This was a great place.. lots of memories! I used to love watching, as a kid, older dudes get drunk, then at some point decide they were olympic divers and plummet to their peril! Funny times! I miss Action Park!
