  • This is a very effective commercial. It makes me want to go out right now and adopt an older doggie.

  • Old dogs at shelters have a higher risk for being euthanized cause no one wants them... please consider adopting an oldie but goodie... :)

  • I really want a puppy but this commercial makes me want to go to the shelter and adopt an older dog!

  • I know this is a good cause, but these ads creep me out. The way the narrator says "Matuuure dog" makes me think of some perv in a trench coat.

"Hey baby! Hang on, I've got a... matuuure dog for you!"

  • This is awesome and if you want a senior dog that needs a home right now then check out muttville, we have some seriously great dogs right now!

  • My adopted older dog just passed over the rainbow bridge, I miss him so. Despite being older, he gave everything he had for five and 1/2 wonderful years. Older dogs are wonderful and will pay you back two fold with love and loyalty for their second chance on life.

  • I have 3 bundles of ollder dogs-no training no problems but lots lots of love to give to you!

  • It's nice to see a commercial supporting older animals in shelters.

  • oh my - what a sweetie - lets hear it for a mature doggy...

  • We have a Basset ' rescue ' dog and he's a senior, too. Loyalty and friendship doesn't fade as age progresses. I hope that those who abandon an animal just because it is old, get abandoned when they are old.

  • Both of our rescued dogs are seniors. Senior dogs are wonderful - they're housebroken, mature, their temperament is usually well-known, and they are soooo grateful. I'll always adopt seniors in the future...
