Wow ! Iam very surprised, I did not know that Buenos Aires has slum, because they usually show you the nice green parcs, the nice streets, the modern buildings etc. Iam very surprised.

build affordable housing downtown in any city is great place to live why keep them out when most of the work is there. commuting would be expensive and would be a greater burden on these poor people i see this situation repeated in every city i go and its sad no one can come with a solution

Step 1: Census Count the people living there and the different total families.
Step 2: Construct a condo complex elsewhere and relocate the people now having real homes there work ethic will raise and their love for their country.
Step 3: demolish the slum now that its empty and build what you were gona build.
