@maaco23 homebrew is essentially fan-made software, nintendo has no control over it. if microsoft sued nintendo over this, we could just have the whole FOSS debate again (free open source software, there's still debates over the legality of many linux FOSS programs 'which it is built on' and it's all just very stupid)

@InvizionsStudios yeah but couldn't microsoft sue wii for doing that becuase it is their game, i understand it isnt official but its still very very similar and they can sue for that if im correct

@maaco23 you do realize that Wii64 is a homebrew emulator, right? it doesn't matter who owns the license if it's not official.

Wii64 emulator for Wii can run Perfect Dark at around 40VI/s. Homebrew Channel is all you need.
