I don't know how they could measure the IQ of Iranian but it's totally unverified .If you do't think so ,you can check it out the no of Iranian scholars in united states as compared to other immigrants and also with respect to popualtion of iran .That's an evidence which proves my claims .That's table is really funny .tha's was built for kidding .
