Obviously a lot of hubbub lately about the Penn State child abuse scandal, but here is my take on why Joe Paterno should have kept his job at head coach at Penn State. Ultimately, until anyone is in that position, they simply cannot have the wherewithal & understanding to pontificate & judge if Paterno, or anyone else, should have done more and, more specifically, what they should have done.
Also, check out www.FDeluxe.com for some great new music, which I talk about at the beginning
Paterno WAS a legend. I say was. Because he didn't step up to the plate and take care of business with Sandusky, his legacy is this; a guy that will be remembered for putting Pennstate first, children a distant second. He f#cked up and tarnished the Pennstate name and legacy for a long long LONG time... A sad situation for the good people at Pennstate and a FAR GREATER SAD SITUATION for the children that were molested under Paterno's watch. Remember to pray for the innocent children...
