Hi
Hard to say 100% without Video but hitting fat can be caused by one of 3 things, Weight location, handle location & Controling radius of the swing. one of these areas will be lacking. 1 & 2 are easy go hit some with weight 70% on lead foot and make sure handle is pointing at lead hip the radius issue may require time with an instructor or use my Online Coaching facility I can email details of this to you.

what I ment was that in the traditional swing the ball position is in the midle of the stace with a midle iron 6-7-8--. but in the S&T videos the ball is much more forvard near the left foot and the upper body over the ball. is the bottom of the S&T swing always under the sternum.

@steinisterki2 the low point tends to be where the weight is located (other things do come into play also but this is key) due to weight moving less "off" during S&T ball doesnt need to bee as far back for further insight see my low poiint control video .

i would like to see a video telling us about ball position in stack and tilt wedge to 3iron maybe. i im having trouble with that

@steinisterki2 The ball position will (as with any method/model) depend on the type of shot required and the lie the player has, as a base line id go 1" back of what would be "traditionaly" prescribed initially just to assist in swinging out at nthe ball. once a push draw is consistent then play around with the ball position to give shot variation. I will put a video together along these lines over the coming months. Thanks for the feedback.
