@DavidL999 I had the le fort 1 done in March 2008 and I also had problems with the way I looked for about a year after the op, in particular my nose. However after about a year or so my nose did settle down and not look so bad. I have spoken to other maxfax patients and it's really normal to find it difficult to adapt to the way your face looks post op. I wouldn't worry too much as your face hasn't fully healed yet. Wow, they did a great job on your nose, can't believe that was only 10 days post-op! I had the same procedure as you done 3 months ago (le fort 1) and my nose was very much affected by it. I'm male and perobably a shouldn't be so affected by my appearance (I wasn't until this) but it really gets me down. In fact my face looked much better beforehand! Maybe you can't discuss this over YouTube but are you taking legal action in order to cover your futher surgeries are you self-finanicing? thnx
