Just because the law says it is right in no way makes it right Michael. Haven’t you seen enough in the last 3 years to grasp that FACT ! This teacher was negligent and there is nothing anyone can say that will change that FACT. What your company did was once again like all insurance companies, you made money from someone’s misfortune. My bet is you probably think subprime mortgages were right also, because the law said they were or did your company make money off of them too!

"DAVID WILL WIN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION and when people start buying from a company OTHER than Utica, they will listen!

The Utica National Insurance LIABILITY policy is paid for by taxpayers. They made $740,000,000.00 last year. You would think after reading THEIR SCHOOL SAFETY WEBSITE they would help David. They never PAID A PENNY to help his six figure expenses (with future medical expenses to come in the six figures). DO THE RIGHT THING UTICA! Isn't that why you sell Insurance? TO HELP VICTIMS
