Sorry , I went a bit crazy yesterday. Haven't been on Youtube for a while. I had a revelation afterwards. That song is about you. How stupid am I !. I have visions of that song being parformed by a very good funk band , or maybe jazz funk. I think it would be a good number to dance to in a club. I can hear that bass line on a bass guitar. A really funky song. What do you think?

Well then I'm sorry. No doubt alot of you in the army have the most honourable of intentions but most people including myself are not very impressed by many of the wars going on at the moment. I have even met soldiers that came out the army recently that say the same. Maybe only someone in the army could think war is a "part of life". I can understand why those songs are important to you but you have to understand why they don't interest me.

It's sounds a bit like a kind of jazz tune. I love the bass line . That makes it a bit like Can't Get No Satisfaction. Not in the tune but in the way you found something uniquely memorable which is hard to come by in Pop music. It's like the thing everyone's searching for to have that hit record. I would steal it if I could. Like the Layla riff. Or the Sugar Hill Gang riff. Lastly I was thinking what if the singing was more like Superfly. I'm having a I can't remember Isaac Hayes name moment.

Don't be offended but I want to make some constructive criticism. You know I must think this song is special because I've returned to it many times over the years. I even have a copy of it saved on PC somewhere. Could it be that you are a better guitarist than a singer ? Maybe the sound quality let you down and you should rerecord/video it? Does the fact Bob Marley had a song of the same name sort of spoil it? BUT I like it because it has a very original distinctive sound.Could be a classic.
