  • Man the average viewer of C-SPAN has apparently been so brainwashed that they cannot respond to logic with anything but visceral revulsion. Kudos to Dr Higgs for calmly responding with clarity and reason. The callers remind me of a zombie flick - easily defeated individually but never-ending and frankly sickening.

  • Higgs answers to the callers are something to behold and admire.

  • Robert Higgs is the Christopher Hitchens of Anarchism.

  • Higgs is the man!!!!!!!

  • 14:40- Great line.

  • It's amazing how stupid and controlled people are.

  • Lets not be shocked by ignorant callers- gov pays them to support big gov! If not by public edu, by welfare, medicaid, 'entitlements' of many kinds. The dumbing down of Americans is deliberate, patient & if we don't point out the usurpation to those who've been subjected to it we'll never help them realize its not their fault.

Lastly, all free market discourse contains objections and counterpoints in order to give the lecturer a chance to elucidate/educate :-)

    Whoa

  • You know, I support Ron Paul and would love to see him run again in 2012, but I'd be equally thrilled to see a drafting of President Higgs. There'd be something exciting in being represented by what could be perhaps the most brilliant, articulate elected official in modern history.

    Outstanding discussion!
