I know a lot of "younger" players have got into the habit of tabs for this and tabs for that, problem is, they never learn to use thier ears,and as you quite rightly stated, tabs are only somebody else's interpretation, I would be willing to bet that none of the artists covered here ever used a tab!

i'm 13 and i learned from tabs. now i'm learning stuff like this and still have to refer to tabs. i've performed for my class. i am a real guitar player and i use tabs.

@atsf7809 - Unfortunately, you're not developing your ear one bit using tabs. Tabs are somebody's elses interpretation of how *they* think the song should be played. Learn to pick up songs by ear, you'll be glad you did.

great videos- really enjoy them---If i might ask-- how do you do your lighting for your videos-- ie--- just your arms/ hands and guitar showing -- black clothes- black backdrop and?????????-- thanks
