Kathy Bozinski reports. 01/26/09. Luzerne County Judges Mark Ciavarella and Mike Conahan are named by federal investigators in a criminal information filing in Scranton. The filing alleges pay-to-play schemes involving the judges and a juvenile care facility in the county as well as the secret derivation of more than $2.6 million in income.   • These men should serve the same amount of time the kids were sentenced to serve, cumulatively!!! Bastards!

  • They probably would have not been charged for anything if the irs didn't get their feelings hurt by not receiving money from the judges.

    These corporations don't have any feelings for real people; They care more for money than a living and breathing human being.
