@FrozenBlaze I thought so too, but there was more than a two and a half second difference.

@f4def09 there no way dude it was a bad start and u can see it in the video i like both but german cars are better sorry
-
and its a heavyer car too the m5 is not a two door
-
@cntthnkofaname92 E34's put out 300hp (3.6) and 340hp (3.8) from the factory the Skyline is probably modified but not nearly to the extent of 340hp, face it, the bimmer lost because of a bad start
P.S. the R33 GTS is not AWD or turbocharged, the GTR is (And the GTS-T is Turbo'd but not AWD)

BMWs are not drag racers!! they are road racers, im talking tracks that test agility, and handling, not just power, not to mention that bimmer was outclassed. that was a '91-ish m5 (which is a sport-LUXURY car) just over 200 hp naturally aspirated rear wheel drive car, and it looked/sounded bone stock. the nissan however is an allwheel drive, turbo charged, sports car. i would have been shocked if the '5 beat the skyline, now if it raced a '97 M3, the skyline would eat dust.. ps. FALSE START!

@GangstaDogg21 You should check out some of the racing scene footage in Japan. The GT500 series is a good start, JGTC, touge racing. There's a nice vid of the falken Supra going around the nurburgring. F1 costs too much money and there's shit all racing soul left in it. Just plain tracks and insanely fast "cars", and of course the great big marketing budgets. Targa and rallying are by far the best racing to watch. The Japanese know how to make good cars, just do a bit of homework :)

Some guy said that Japenese road cars are more made for racing than european cars.
okay, but where are Japenese cars in real racing then? Where are japanese cars in F1 for example? nowhere...
Europeans dominate!

@GangstaDogg21 keep on dreaming, are you serious? Where have you seen a German car handle as much abuse as Japanese cars???
...extremely bad start from the BMW....
