In January 2005, a Royal Air Force Hercules was shot down in Iraq. All 10 people on board died. This is the memorial flypast for them at the Royal International Air Tattoo in July 2005. The video includes the words and music for the memorial.

  • @eastspring123 you know i actually want to hit you for saying that you ignorant prick....

  • @eastspring123 What a terrible thing to say. If you live in the UK you should be sent to jail. Show some respect.

  • lest we forget

  • Thank you for adding that. flt Lt David (Steady) Stead was a close personal friend. We'd known each other since we were 4 and were in the Air Cadets together. He and the other lads are greatly missed. We will remember them!

  • I work as a civilian with the HErcs, everyday we think of the aircraft we support, those we love and those we have lost.A light in the heavens to each of you we have lost, and bring home safe those out on missions and strength to us who wait.
