I got my hands on this MB-D11 at Allen's Camera the other day. This grip goes onto your Nikon D7000 giving you the ability to have a second batter as well as shoot vertically.

I would never shoot a camera without a grip but keep in mind this one is $250 and you have to decide if its worth it.

  • what lens did you have on that 7000????

  • Nice video, plz help me decide b/n d5100 and t3i, heard d5100 has better img quality at high iso and T3i has better image quality in low iso. If I have to choose one of them for overall better image quality, which one should I go for?

  • Allen's is right near me, I love it. I just bought a Rokinon 8mm fisheye ( for filming skateboarding ). I'd love to work at Allen's when I get older lol.

  • @merrittixtapa79 That piece of rubber on the bottom of the D7000's grip and on the battery cover of the MB-D11? It's where you let the wire through when you attach the AC adapter for the camera. Unlike on the previous cameras where you plug the AC adapter (you need to buy it) on the side of the camera, this one needs another adapter (that you have to buy too) that goes into the battery compartment. It sucks.

  • Will this work for any other camera, like the D5000??

  • Hey! do you know where warminster is? My grandma lives there and I'm going this weekend. Wondering if you were close.

  • @SigfredoRosarioOtero omg, i still remember that code!

  • should i buy this or a tripod
