a poklice interceptor is a crown vic. they never made a tbird interceptor. this is a stroked v6 with an interceptor BADGE. 289 engine went out in the early 70s. a 4.6 is a 281

i wasn't talking the cop car literally i meant the engine an interceptor engine is a 289 4.6 witch come in all cop cars i know i have one. plus there is a 281 and a 289 4.6 the 281 usually is a single cam that comes in the 4.6 t birds and 95 mustangs. the 289 is usually a dual cam which is in new mustangs and cop cars and i beleive the 65 mustang had a 289 so look you shit up before you start talking

everyone that reads this is going to know you are a MORON. all ford 4.6 engines are 281 cubes. all 5.4 ford engines are 330 cubes. a 289 is 4.7 liters and hasn't been built since the early 70's.

a lincoln mark viii LSC wulda kicked its ass. the standard mark 8's r gay and slow, i got an lsc and for a heavy luxury car, it whooped a misu eclipse goin up an 11% grad pretty well :) i do miss my v8 t-bird tho. terrible trannies in em :( always wanted to get that all aluminum lsc engine and put it in a t-bird w/ a stang gt 5-speed :)
