A "Tacky Travelogue" about the famous "Boll Weevil Monument" in Enterprise, Alabama. Yeah, yeah weve heard the criticism, You people are just making fun of places that a lot of people are proud of. Cant you see that it may be the only thing these folks have? Give us a frigging break. The good folks of Enterprise have a good sense of humor. Wouldn't you think? Wait until you see it. We had a great time there, and got to see lots of interesting places and meet some really nice people. So take a deep breath and enjoy.

The first 30 secs, they were in Dothan Al. on 231 N. I love that town. Dothan is a fat man's paradise; it, statistically, has more reastraunts per square mile than NY city and it's only about 1/14th New York's size! Lets eat!

Actually, yoou're close. Papa was from Evergreen, which is over toward Mobile. He and his brother Rivers came to Sheffield around 1910 or 1912... something like that. I think we might do aother one on the Goober Fest or something like that.

Why on earth did you not tell the story of what the Monument represents. All your viewers know is that there is a city who has a creepy bug held by a statue of a lady. Though strange, It is a very interesting story. The Boll weevil desimated the cotton crops one year. This forced the farmers to concider growing something else. They grew peanuts instead and prospered way more than before. If it had not been for this pest, they would still be growing cotten, making very little.
