This is part two of our tutorial to show consumers how to negotiate effectively with their telecommunications provider in order to reach a resolution to a disputed account.
This tutorial is designed to teach you how to resolve disputes without relying on going to the TIO which as we all know can make the process take many hours of phone calls over a period of weeks or even months.

  • hahaha, who disliked this shit! One guess check my Twitter @amarketingsales, I actually continued this fight from the video onto Twitter.

  • 3 is one of the worst companies, I got sick of talking to them and trying to work problem out with my handset, so i have gone and purchased my self a new handset, although im still on a contract with them and paying for a phone im not even able to use!

worst part is im still stuck on the contract for over another 12 months!!

  • @kainecrazy Hi buddy I just received these now. Send me a PM with email contact details. I will assist you with your issue personally. In return I'll just ask you tell your friends about a couple of my facebook pages and things like that. I have to call 3mobile tomorow regarding a few issues so I'll just add yours to the list once you send me your details.

  • worst company ever

  • @samystic actually theres a lot more going on here then that, patience is one thing that can help a lot when trying to focus on all the things you need to do in order to get the best resolution for yourself, not just any acceptable resolution through your "being nice" and taking whatever "good thing" you are offered. You see I don't just get a resolution, I get cash back that should never have been given. Oh and yes, sleeping, I figured they were, why shouldn't I. I guess it worked. Thx :)

  • I have rang them about this issue & also gone into a 3 store where one of the 3 staff has rang up their own customer care and attempted to have this issue fixed, but yet again i was being told it should be working within the next 48 hours .... NEVER Happened!

I am also only in a roaming zone, but on signing up to the contract i was told i would still be able to use internet in my area.

Sorry about so many post's but was unable two put it all as one post.

  • Also to add to that, I also have internet issue with not just the mobile device that im unable to use but also the new handset i purchased, so to me that say's that has something to do with something not being activated on the sim ....

As part of my monthly plan I receive a number of MB as part of my plan, but i am unable to use these MB, each time i do try using the internet i get a page telling me that i need to sign up to and internet pack.
