Sikhs are as proud of India as any Hindu out there.Being a Sikh i dont feel im from 'khalistan', just because of some separatists you associate all sikhs with the same ideology, an that my friend is ignorant

Sikhs are not a warrior branch of Hindu's though we do share many aspects of the Dharmic philosophies, the same Dharma Buddhism and Jainism also share. You dont say Muslims and Christians are Jews, as they all share a Judaic background do you. We are one in destination but not in path.

This is why I i clearly stated, "lets not bring this into the conversation".

If I went to India today, my viewpoint towards Khalistan wouldn't change. There are a significant number of Sikhs living in India that don't know much about their own religon or are aware of or even aware of our own history.

Don't tell me what to support or not, I am ashamed that India claims itself to be even a democracy. Such a corrupt country cannot even tolerate the peoples opinions, that is embarrasing.

Although Sikhs have been in USA,Canada for decades in the case of Canada over a century now ,but has not made any impact or an effort in the past to educate the indigenous people about Sikhism the civic bodies of Sikhs and the Gurdwaras has fail the Sikhs in the past I believe Sikh Coalition has now embarked on the mission which should have been taken decades ago. It is never too late, keep up the good work ,one day Guru's Khalsa will shine like a star in UAS and Canada, Long live Khalsa Panth.
