China's National Defense Strategy Institute's
Major General Jin Yinan disclosed in a recent public speech
cases of high-ranking Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
officials selling information to foreign countries.
He broke the news that several senior officials were sacked
for being foreign spies.
Analysts pointed out that Jin's disclosure of the espionage cases showed that
CCP officials have no confidence in the future.

Jin listed the CCP officials who had been sacked
on suspicion of espionage, and described the details.
Jin said that for some, the authorities cannot sentence them,
but told the public they had "economic issues,"
because the CCP finds the truth embarrassing.

Video of Jin's speech was widely distributed online.

His video on Tudou.com was deleted by China's authorities,
but the one on Youtube.com could still be watched.
Jin said that Tong Daning, the former director of SSF Office
(Social Security Foundation), was executed in 2006,
for revealing to Taiwan info on RMB exchange rate
adjustment, which helped Taiwan to save NT$ 200 billion.
Cai Xiaohong, son of the former Justice Minister Cai Cheng,
has been providing information to the UK
as Chinese Liaison Office's Secretary-General in Hong Kong.
Cai was arrested in 2003 and secretly sentenced to 15 years.
Jin also revealed a 'big scandal' --
the case of Li Bin, the envoy to Korean Peninsula.
Li Bin became South Korea's spy, when he was the
Chinese ambassador in South Korea.
After returning to China, Li became a special envoy for
Korean Peninsula affairs,
and continued to provide information to South Korea.

Jin said Li's espionage left CCP "often in a passive position"
during the Six-Party Talks on nuclear issues.
The Chinese authorities were extremely annoyed,
but could not publish him too severely.
Jin said: "This is our (the Chinese authorities) great scandal.
Li Bin was sentenced lightly, to 7 or 8 years in prison.
Why? It's to save CCP's face. Which country's ambassador
in the world will be a spy for another country? Only China's."
Kang Rixin, general manager and secretary of the CCP
in the Nuclear Industry Group, was sentenced in 2010.
Kang was also a member of the CCP Central Committee,
and a member of the commission.
According to Jin, Kang's fall was due to him selling
nuclear materials to foreign intelligence.
To save face CCP could only say Kang had financial problems.

Jin also mentioned several sensitive espionage cases
related to the Chinese military.
Deutsche Welle quoted analysts saying that Jin
disclosed espionage related to very high-level officials
hidden for a long time and involving top secrets.

It was described as 'shocking'. It revealed that
the CCP officials have 'no confidence' in the future.
In recent years, with the awakening of the Chinese people,
the CCP is facing an unpresedented crisis of governance,
The fleeing of Chinese officials is intensifing.

In September 2009 China News reported that over 4,000
officials had escaped mainland China,
taking about USD 50 billion with them.
Netizens commented that these officials are sensible and
know the CCP has no hope, so they should learn from this.

Chen Yonglin, a former diplomat from the Chinese Consulate
in Sydney, Australia, escaped from the Consulate in 2005.
He calls upon Chinese officials and people
to save themselves by quitting CCP.
Hao Fengjun, a former officer of the 610 Office,
from the National Security Bureau of Tianjin,
fled to Australia, carrying out a large number of confidential
documents on CCP's persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners.
As an insider of 610 Office, he exposed how CCP uses
this special organization to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners.
These facts shocked people of all walks of life.

In 2009, Li Fengzhi, a former foreign intelligence officer
of the Chinese Ministry of State Security, living then in U.S.,
made a public statement at the Chinese Embassy, quiting
the CCP himself and reading his father's quit CCP statement.

  • @datsomedimsum you're unbiased because you watch Al Jazeera? Al Jazeera is literally like the Arabic version of CNN. They present their views from a Western perspective. You want to look credible, well i suggest you watch RT, or do you consider that propaganda? Do you consider anyone with different views to you as propagandists? If so, I feel bad for you, you can't see things from both sides. Such an intolerant individual.

  • @datsomedimsum Well, you were being racist by telling me to go back to China, when I'm Australian, just because I offered a different view to you. I've asked you this before, have you been to China? You never responded, instead you continue to repeat your ignorant views. I simply gave a taste of your own medicine, when I insulted your country. From the angry way you responded, you've clearly shown your lack of class.

  • @Nyro888 No you just responded to me. You just try to make it sound better.
