30 years sounds about right - the time and Paul and Marge got out of the B&B biz (long before it came into vogue).
Is the house now a personal residence?

Thats interesting because that is our good family friends house now, has been for about 30 years.

That very last shot - the house - used to be a great bed & breakfast run by Paul and Marge Laurent, to which my parents and I used to stay in the 1960s.
They were fine people, and their children were right fine, too.
One of them acquired the knowledge of auto repairs - and of when to remain silent.
Many years ago, somehow, he found himself in the company of a really obnoxious tourist with a broken-down car.
Wisdom was amnesia.
