  • hey ncfarmgirl, Often women with a narrow pelvis have a flat pubic arch which means the vaginal opening has an obvious pubic bone presence. This can mean more friction during intercourse causing you more pain. Often different positions can alleviate it. We are located in Charlotte NC and would be happy to see you if you can come in. We are in West Palm Bch Fl also.

  • Thank you for your video's. The comment below me is some close minded immature person who doesnt know the first thing about vaginismus or how it affects us women that actually suffer through it daily. He/she has left the exact same comments on my video's as well. Ignore the ignorence. :)

  • @yewcandoit Yes, sexual information can bring out the best AND worst of people's comments. I always try to assume the person really wants information and is not been hateful or disrespectful. Thanks for your thoughts

  • Hello, I think you have some interesting points. There does seem to be a religious undertone in many cases that believe it is not pure or an intrusion. So perhaps you are on to something. However, I don't necessarily agree with the conception part. Many women have conceived without penetration. When a man ejaculates in the region of the vaginal opening the sperm can find their way to the target egg. This is called a "splash" pregnancy. My most recent patient has had 2 children this way.

  • @SexClinicDoctor Not all women experience pain in their first time. The belief that first time sex ALWAYS hurt a woman is a remnant of our SEXIST ancestral past. Long ago, people believed that sex is for a man’s pleasure only. There was almost no law against rape. A rape victim had no choice but to marry her rapist. So women have to put up with the PAIN because they value VIRGINITY over sexual pleasure.

But times have changed now, we now know that women masturbate too. It may prevent pain.

  • @maypakialam Hello again, I agree that times have changed for many men and women. Both men and women are starting to feel more comfortable discussing their likes and dislikes. That said we have a long way to go!

  • this helps me alot thank you i have a narrow pelvis is there any advice towards that

  • @SexClinicDoctor If a girl expects pain in her first time sex, then she may feel real pain.

I am a guy and I'm confused by this. Why would girls have to keep their hymen intact before sex if they expect the hymen to hurt when broken through sex? Is sex is like a CHORE for them?

It surprises me why some girls don't vaginally masturbate before having sex with a guy for the first time. Break your hymen, loosen up, be AROUSED so you'll enjoy it with the guy without complaining of the pain.

  • HA HA HA! I am a single guy who thinks that sex is just an option,

    NOT a necessity.

That's because masturbation has kept me satisfied.

If I can please myself, then I don't need sex.

    I am satisfied with masturbation.

Masturbation changed my views on sex.

If you are a woman and have prime vaginismus, then become a NUN.

If you are a man and impotent at an early age, then become a PRIEST.

    It's GOD'S will.

P.S. I am AGNOSTIC, not RELIGIOUS but thinks that GOD has reasons for everything.
